The Leadership Renaissance

A GLOBAL INQUIRY INFORMED BY THE EXPERIENCES OF WOMEN WHO LEAD

The Leadership Renaissance is the world’s first international inquiry into how women are reshaping power, truth and leadership in the digital age presented by The Sorority in collaboration with Saviesa Think Tank.

Every Renaissance begins with the rediscovery of what it means to be human. This mission invites the world to reimagine leadership not as control, but as conscience that demands more humanity than hierarchy.

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP TODAY?
For centuries, leadership was defined by the ability to command - to hold control, to project certainty. That architecture still stands, but its foundations are quietly shifting.

We call this shift The Leadership Renaissance - not a return to the past, but a return to substance: a rebirth of power grounded in integrity rather than impression.
