Lisa Tse is an international creative artist, entrepreneur, photographer and women’s advocate whose work spans two decades across leadership, culture, creativity and social impact. Known for connecting disciplines and people with insight and elegance, she brings integrity, imagination and humanity to every project she leads. The Sorority reflects Lisa’s commitment to elevating women’s voices and building networks of purpose, creativity and leadership.
Lisa also serves as a Special Advisor to UN Women UK, supporting initiatives that advance gender equality and ethical leadership. She was also a curator of 209 Women, the landmark portrait exhibition in the UK Parliament celebrating female MPs.
A serial entrepreneur, Lisa has founded ventures across creative consultancy, digital art and cultural production.
Lisa was appointed the In-house photographer for The Peninsula London in 2022. A collection of her work is exhibited in a private gallery in the hotel.
Lisa’s photographic work has been published in Assouline, Tatler and Condé Nast Traveller.
Lisa is a curious polyglot who loves to travel, developing linguistic skills in eight languages. Her creative pursuits have taken her from treks across the Sahara Desert to exploring the glaciers in Alaska with her camera.
In 2008, Lisa was appointed a UKTI delegate to represent British design on a Trade Mission to China coinciding with the Beijing Olympics. She was a speaker at London House in Beijing hosted by Lord Digby Jones and the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson.
Lisa was also appointed a member of the British Government Foreign and Commonwealth Office's UK-China Task Force 2012.
In 2013 Lisa was appointed Creative Director of the Winter Whites Gala at Kensington Palace hosted by HRH The Duke of Cambridge with special guests Taylor Swift and Jon Bon Jovi.
Lisa was appointed the Creative Director of three royal galas for Centrepoint, hosted by HRH Prince William, The Prince of Wales, since 2013. As part of the Host Committee Lisa individually raised over over a quarter of a million pounds for Centrepoint.
Lisa was a Curator of 209 Women, a historic photographic exhibition in UK Parliament to commemorate 100 Years of Women's Suffrage.

Lisa Tse is a Founding Director of The Leadership Renaissance, the world’s first global inquiry of its kind exploring the future of women's leadership in an age of profound societal, technological and cultural transformation. Created in collaboration with Saviesa Think Tank, the initiative convenes leading thinkers, innovators, policymakers and cultural leaders to examine how leadership must evolve to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
The findings and dialogue will be formally presented to institutions of governance, policy, and education including the UK Government, the European Commission, and the United Nations.
