In addition to inspiring women to reach their potential, The Sorority recognises the desire for women wanting to contribute towards a mission and make a difference.

Launching in 2012, The Women's Way initiative is a philanthropic project by The Sorority with Alicia Keys and Keep a Child Alive.

The Women's Way sets out to empower women in Africa and India to end the cycle of poverty by providing them with financial independence. The initiative will invite all women to participate in making a lasting change to the lives of those who have not been afforded the opportunities on which others have built their success.
